Information you choose to send

If you contact Dan, the information you provide is used to respond to your inquiry and discuss the work. Avoid sending confidential company data in an initial message.

Conversation requests

If you request a conversation, your name and email are required. Phone, company, preferred time and message are optional. We store those details, your time zone, conversation type, your permission to respond, approved campaign labels and follow-up status. Dan and the authorized agency operator can review those details privately to respond to your request. We may save the inquiry and source labels to our HubSpot CRM, matching existing contacts by email and retaining the inquiry reference to avoid duplicate processing. Submitting the form does not book an appointment, send an automated message or subscribe you to marketing emails or texts.

The form temporarily keeps your draft and a private retry key in this tab’s sessionStorage. An uncertain submission retries the same request to avoid duplicates. After confirmation, the local draft and retry key are cleared; the tab keeps only the confirmation reference. The server stores hashes for retry verification and short-lived abuse counters. Contact us to request correction or deletion of an inquiry.

Appointments

When you submit an online appointment, we store your name, email, company, number you will call from, optional mobile number and text-reminder request, optional message, appointment details and booking status to arrange the conversation. Those details are sent to the connected Google Calendar to create and manage the invitation. Booking does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Text reminders are not active yet; requesting one records your preference for this appointment, not consent to marketing texts. A calendar invitation is sent by email and does not guarantee a notification on your phone. If the calendar connection is unavailable, the site offers phone and email contact instead of accepting an appointment.

The booking form temporarily keeps your draft details and private booking key in this tab’s sessionStorage so a retry can recover the same request. It clears the draft after a submitted request receives a booking response. Your private management link allows changes and cancellation; keep it confidential. The server stores a hash of its secret key. For abuse prevention, it keeps short-lived request counters keyed by a hash derived from the request IP address and time window.

This website

This site uses a small first-party script to keep approved campaign labels in your browser’s sessionStorage, scoped to the current tab and browser session. These campaign labels identify the source, channel, campaign, creative variant or topic. The campaign script accepts a fixed set of nonpersonal labels; it does not read or store your name, email address or a visitor identifier. It does not create cookies. A separate first-party script sends aggregate page views, film starts/completions and contact-link clicks to this website. We count these events by date, page and approved campaign/content labels; they are not unique-person counts. No names, email addresses, full query strings or visitor identifiers are included in those events. The script respects Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. Browser and booking records are kept separate; approved campaign labels may be stored with a booking to help understand the source of the inquiry. If session storage is unavailable, approved labels can still travel with links during your visit. Video files are served with the site. The hosting provider may process technical request information to operate and secure the service.

For the calendar owner only, connecting Google uses a short-lived secure cookie to protect the authorization process. Calendar access credentials are encrypted in server storage. The public “call now” status uses calendar availability without showing event names or other guests’ details.

Other services

Your phone and email provider operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Appointment records use this website’s hosting and database services and the connected Google Calendar. We do not send booking details to advertising services through this form. Campaign labels stay on internal site navigation; they are not added to phone or email links.
