DAN’S ROLECEO · DELIVERY ARCHITECT

The work is scoped with each client. Specialists and company employees build and test together.

A CEO-to-CEO conversation

Start with the business Dan is helping you build.

Dan begins with the owner’s destination: customers, capability, people and constraints. He helps leadership decide where AI could matter, where judgment must stay with people, and which decisions need better evidence.

The first paid engagement is a company-level Smokejumper Plan. It names the work, owners, dependencies, controls and measures before a tool or lab project is treated as the answer.

The delivery architecture

One plan. A working Lab. A visible scorecard.

ASSESS

Set the destination.

Understand the company, the operating knowledge it depends on, and the outcomes the owner wants. Establish the starting measures and the decisions the plan must resolve.

ADOPT

Build with the people who know the work.

Bring company employees and specialists together in the Lab. Give them time to challenge assumptions, test workflows and make useful capability their own.

ACCELERATE

Move proven work deliberately.

Review quality, adoption and business measures. Assign operational owners, release only work that meets agreed criteria, and change course when the evidence says to.

Dan’s longer-term role is to keep coaching the CEO and reviewing the scorecard as the company learns. Continuing responsibilities are agreed with each client.

The scorecard

Make progress something the team can discuss.

For each agreed initiative, Dan wants a baseline, an owner, a quality threshold, evidence of employee adoption and a review date. The scorecard should show what is working, what is stalling and what leadership will do next.

Business outcomes are selected with the client. A plan is not a promise of a particular return, valuation or technology deployment.

The first call

Bring the business question. Dan will help frame the work.

The 30-minute conversation is for owners and executive leaders considering a company-level AI plan. Dan will ask what is changing in the business, who must be involved, and what would make the first engagement useful. If there is mutual fit, the next step is a deeper working discussion.

You can review the optional fit questions first or book directly.
