Establish the scope
Choose Confirmed only when the review is documented. Any Not yet or Unknown response means scope still needs clarification.
Review the evidence
Demonstrated means current evidence supports the full question in the defined scope. Partial means some work or evidence is incomplete. Absent means a known gap. Unknown means you cannot establish the answer.
This selective screen does not cover all 110 Level 2 requirements. For a service not used in scope, document that basis before selecting Demonstrated.

Review the company's ability to carry out a plan. This index is separate from the security evidence index.

Prioritized action register
Scope questions come first, followed by known weaknesses, unknowns, partial work and execution improvements. Have the security lead adjust this order for actual exposure and contract needs. Assign owners and dates below; save answers to retain them.
How the result is calculated
The evidence index is 100 × (2 × Demonstrated + Partial) ÷ 28, rounded. Unknown and Absent each earn zero points but remain separate categories. Incomplete reviews have no index. Any Absent answer gives Action required; otherwise any Partial or Unknown gives Verification needed. All 14 Demonstrated gives Evidence reported. Any unresolved scope answer overrides the interpretation with Clarify scope first. The execution index uses the same points across six questions with a denominator of 12. These editorial scoring rules are not a validated prediction or official scoring method.
Make the next decision with your team
Review the top three actions with your contracts, security and leadership teams. If budget, responsibilities or sequencing are blocking progress, use the result as the starting point for a company-planning discussion.
